Research showed that we learn best from other people, compared to any other method. We also learn much better when we are in a positive state. As soon as we are in a defensive state we are not focusing on absorbing the knowledge, instead we are thinking of our defense, arguments or excuses. Cultivate a positive atmosphere to achieve best learning performance. Learning performance is increased when we help the learner to show and develop an interest in what he/she is learning. We much learn better if we like the topic or have a special interest or need. Research shown that we also learn better when we have an immediate application; "Applied Knowledge Develop Sustainable Skills". "Repetition Sustains Retention." We tend to forget what we learn as time goes by. So, we also loose skills if we do not use them regularly. We become rusty if we do not train regularly. It is therefore very important to stay actual with specialized, hard earned knowledge and skills. The only way to achieve this is through frequent and "Total Recall". When we are in a system that requires us to recall our memories and perform specific skills, we continuously learn more. Some companies refer to it as a "Refresher Course". A good Learning System will allow a certified learner to train a new learner. This is an excellent "Repetitive" method to "Sustain Retention" by forcing "Total Recall". Additionally, it helps the already trained learners to stay actual, especially when the learning material gets improved, changed or updated.
