Introduction
Rudolf Schenker is a consulting project
manager & engineer. He specialized
in Project Management, applying PMBOK ® (PMI) principals to compliment his
Risk-, Change-, Knowledge-, Innovation- and Maintenance- Management and
Mechanical Engineering skills. Mr. Schenker served on various EXCO and
Steercom boards during the last 5 years. When not training or lecturing with
ESI-International, he manages projects related to the CAPEX mining &
smelter industries, medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, military/defense and
aerospace industries. Professional
Experience At various international companies, Mr.
Schenker applied his knowledge, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S / TPM / TQM/
7-Muda / QS / KANBAN / KAIZEN / JIT / QFD, Value Stream Mapping and FMEA
skills. As former Consulting Learning Strategist,
he determined the clients training needs, designing the training material and
implementing sustainable learning systems to transfer knowledge and
experience in various organizations, countries and industries. He demonstrated and applied Root Cause Analysis,
Project Management, Maintenance Management (TPM, RCM), OHSA, QS,
Organizational Change and ISO concepts and skills in the learning material. He
applied the latest state of the art management skills and technology in the
concurrent engineering environment, to provide the industry with unique
technological solutions. He has been
exposed to various CAD/CAM & CAE systems since 1992. Training
Experience Rudolf was selected by Carl Duisberg
Gesellshaft for a post graduate scholarship, to study Advanced Maintenance
Management at the Applied University of Augsburg, in Germany, in 2001. Scholarship included intensive German
language, cultural training, International Management including topics such
as Change Management, Leadership Competence, Intercultural Know-how and
Management Models. Worked for two
months at the BMW-Munich plant, an opportunity to apply Planning and
Maintenance Management knowledge. Mr.
